1- SMS Consent Communication: The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

“We’re excited to help you lock in your booking at the House of Hits. To secure your slot, please send your deposit of $160 by Zelle to [email protected] We only accept cash payments for the remaining balance of your studio time. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit card or online payments. Once you have sent the deposit, shoot me a text to let me know, and I will block off the calendar. Please note all deposits are not refundable or transferable! Reply STOP to opt out.”

3- Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 2-5 SMS messages per week related to your inquiries.

4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

House of Hits provides professional recording studio services, including music recording, mixing, mastering, and artist promotions. We use SMS messaging to send booking confirmations, reminders, and customer support updates.

Estimated Daily SMS Messages: We will send an estimated amount of 50 messages per day across all numbers.
